Welcome to the Home Page of the Southern Indiana Junior Golf Association, and also home page of the "Golf Technician". The mission of the association is to expose all youth in Southern Indiana communities to the game of golf. The association was founded on the principles that as youth are being exposed to the game of golf, they will be learning so much more. How to follow rules, proper course etiquette, meeting new friends, privileges, competing, winning and losing, self esteem levels, (It's the process is more important than the product philosophy) The participants will have the rest of their lives to perfect the game they learn, but we must get them involved and interested and keep them off the streets, off drugs and on the right course. By making learning facilities low cost, easily accessible, and structuring interesting and exciting programs, the mission will be completed.
